Well I am starting my list of goals so that I have a point to my lifting and getting back in shape. This will help me determine the best route that my routine needs to take in order to meet said goals. My first goal is going to be squatting 400lbs. Some people think that is a weight that very few people can actually squat, this post seems to think otherwise. I am certainly not just going to try to come out and get to 405 quickly but I know I need smaller increments so for now here is the goal list to get to th ultimate goal.

Each increment is another 45lb plate added to the bar. Right now I am just finishing the rehab of my hip injury and am at 145, tomorrow 155.
