Made this tonight. Very good recipe except I added an extra can of coconut milk, one less tomato, and a few more garlic cloves. IT came out very good and Ali snatched some up before I could even get a pic.
The tomatoes I found at wholefoods were some of the best looking ones I have found. Although they were still not as good as fresh from a home garden.
For the seafood I used just under a pound of shrimp de-veined, shelled, and tail removed. I mixed the shrimp with a pound of chopped sole. To finish the seafood off with some variety I then added 3 cleaned squid bodies cut into rings. That’s it, it took awhile to prep but was well worth the effort.
