5 Deadlifts
5 Hang Power Cleans
5 Front Squats
5 Push Presses

Pretty good WOD this morning, I finished 6 rounds and 4 Hang Power Cleans. I was really sore from the day before doing all the walking lunges. Tomorrow should be a rest day since I have not been feeling all that great. Unsure if it is allergies or a cold.
